On April 15, at 5:18 p.m., TFC M. Adams responded to the 46000 block of Leese Court in Lexington Park for the reported burglary.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the female complainant, 26 of Lexington Park. She advised a juvenile male attempted to cut the lock on her shed with bolt cutters. There was damage to the shed as a result. A broadcast was given and the 12-year-old juvenile, of Lexington Park was located and taken into custody.
The complainant identified the subject and he was taken to the Leonardtown Barrack where he was processed and charged with fourth-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property. He was later released to his mother pending further action by Juvenile Services.
