On Dec. 15, 2009 at 4:24 pm, Tpr. B. T. Wiesemann responded to St. Mary’s Hospital for a reported Assault.
Upon arrival, Tpr. Wiesemann made contact with the female complainant, 12 of Great Mills, and she advised the suspect, a 13-year-old female of Lexington Park, assaulted her while standing in front of Spring Ridge Middle School.
After interviewing both parties the suspect was taken into custody and charged with Second-Degree Assault and released to her mother pending further action by Juvenile Services.
