At 12:55 pm, on Sunday, March 25, TFC Nims responded to the 22000 block of Old Rolling Road in California for a disturbance. Upon arrival, contact was made with the 46 year old male victim, who advised he was assaulted by his 16 year old son.
The juvenile was arrested for 2nd degree assault and taken to the Leonardtown Barrack for processing.
The juvenile was later released to his father’s custody pending action by Juvenile Services.
