Kristel Ann King (Age 23 of Leonardtown) was arrested by Deputy Martin Mumper on an outstanding warrant. The warrant was through Charles County Sheriff’s Office and it was related to an Attempted Robbery and Assault.
Suspect King attempted to forcibly remove the victim’s purse from her possession while in the parking lot of the LaPlata Wal-Mart Store.
King was previously arrested October 24, 2006 for possession of cocaine, which she attempted to hide in a bush (click here).
Prior to that King turned herself in on Jun 4, 2006 after fleeing police in a vehicle while in possession of cocaine and heroin (click here).
