Regina “Tina” Ann Swan, 78, of Ridge, Maryland, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2026.
Born on July 14, 1947, in Leonardtown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Carolyn Clark. Tina had a lifelong career in the federal government before retiring to spend time with family. She later enjoyed volunteering at the St. Michael’s Thrift Store and was devoted to her dogs and cat.
Tina was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Eugene Swan, Sr., who she married in 1972. Their bond remained a guiding presence throughout her life. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother Joseph Harold Clark.
She is survived by one daughter, Jo Ann Lavender (Keith) of Piney Point, MD, two sons; Richard E. Swan Jr. Of Williamstown, NJ, and Gilbert H. Stone, III (Angie), of Hedgesville, WV; and one sister; Mary R. Collier of Dameron, MD. Tina took great pride in her family and found joy in their accomplishments and time spent together.
Family will receive friends for a visitation on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with Mass following at 11:00 AM at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 16566 Three Notch Rd. Ridge, MD 20680. Interment will take place in the Church cemetery immediately following Mass.
