20 Year Old From Lusby Arrested for Possession

At 2:30 am, on Feb. 2, on Rt. 2/4, in Solomons, TFC Bowling stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  Upon contact with the operator, TFC Bowling detected the odor of suspected marijuana.  A search was conducted and suspected marijuana and a CDS smoking device were located in the vehicle.  Arrested at that time for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia was David Paul Skirvin, 20, of Lusby.  After processing, Mr. Skirvin was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.

Suspended Driver Carrying Pot

At 11:02 am, on Feb. 2, on Rt. 260, in Owings, TFC Murphy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  The operator, Ryan Marquette Holland, 24, of Sunderland, was found to be driving on a suspended license. 

A K-9 scan was conducted on the vehicle and suspected marijuana was located.  Holland was placed under arrest at that time by TFC Koch and charged with possession of marijuana.  After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.

42 Year Old With Marijuana and Cocaine

On 12:17 am, on Feb. 2, on Rt. 260, in Owings, CPL Bolger stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  Upon contact with the operator, CPL Bolger detected the odor of suspected marijuana. 

A search was conducted and suspected cocaine, marijuana, and CDS paraphernalia were located in the vehicle and on the person of Brenda Arnold, 42, of Upper Marlboro. She was placed under arrest at that time for possession of cocaine, marijuana, and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, she was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.

20 Year Old Charged With DUI and Possession 

At 1:52 am on Feb. 3, on Rt. 2/4, in Lusby, TFC Bowling stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. 

The operator, Jessica Blair Fleetwood, 20, of Mechanicsville, was subsequently arrested for DUI.  Incident to arrest, suspected marijuana was located in the vehicle.  She was then additionally charged with possession of marijuana. 

After processing, she was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.

24 Year Old With Pot

At 12:27 am on Feb. 5, on St. Leonard Road, in St. Leonard, TFC Keen stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. Upon contact with the operator, TFC Keen detected the odor of suspected marijuana. 

A search was conducted and a baggie of suspected marijuana was located on the person of Calvin Eugene Holland, 24, of Prince Frederick.  He was placed under arrest at that time for possession of marijuana.  He was then transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.

Teen With Baggie in Huntingtown 

At 11:46 pm on Feb. 5, on Rt. 2/4, in Huntingtown, TPR Dawson stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  Upon contact with the operator, TPR Dawson detected the odor of suspected marijuana. 

A search was conducted and a baggie of suspected marijuana and a CDS smoking device were recovered.  Arrested at that time for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia was James Edward Stowell, III, 19, of Upper Marlboro.
