On 2/24/2022, Tpr K. Poland conducted a traffic stop on Three Notch Road at Poplar Ridge Road, Lexington Park, MD. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed suspected Marijuana, totaling over 50 Grams. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Skyler Marie Barrick, 24 of Lexington Park, MD. Barrick was issued a criminal citation for Possession of CDS: Marijuana Greater Than 10 Grams and was released from the scene.
On 2/27/2022, Tpr T. Eckrich conducted a traffic stop on Premery Drive at Lucca Way, Lexington Park, MD. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed suspected Marijuana, belonging to the driver and a pipe containing suspected Cocaine, belonging to the passenger. The driver was identified as Romaine Antonio Bailey, 31 of California, MD. The passenger was identified as Michael Kelly Swain, 62 of Mechanicsville, MD. Bailey was issued a civil citation for Possession of CDS: Marijuana Less Than 10 Grams and was released from the scene. Swain initially refused to identify himself due to having open warrants through the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office. Swain was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana, Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia, and Obstructing and Hindering a Police Officer.
On 2/27/2022, TFC J. Greathouse conducted a traffic stop on Three Notch Road at Loveville Road, Mechanicsville, MD. A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted which revealed suspected Marijuana and a loaded handgun. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Isaiah Emanuel Valentino Noble, 22 of Temple Hills, MD. Noble was arrested and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was charged with Loaded Handgun in Vehicle and was also issued a civil citation for Possession of CDS: Marijuana Less Than 10 Grams.
