ANNAPOLIS, Md. – On Feb. 16 at 12:50 p.m., police responded to the area of Forest Drive, Annapolis for the report of a robbery.

The 14-year-old victim reported that a subject known to him, Ashley Hill, 30, of Annapolis, approached him after he made an ATM transaction. Hill demanded money and assaulted the victim. She grabbed him by his clothing several times preventing him from getting away from her. She continued to assault him and slammed him to the ground. She left after taking money from the victim.

Officers located Hill and arrested her. Hill was charged with robbery, first and second degree assault, theft and false imprisonment. She is being held at the Jennifer Road Detention Center without bond.
