On Jan. 31, at 11:55 p.m., Corporal White stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 261 south of Route 260 in Chesapeake Beach.
An odor of marijuana was detected within the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed marijuana and Dilaudid pills.
The driver, Percylee Oursler, 18 of North Beach, was placed under arrest and transported to the Calvert County Detention Center for processing.
