On March 13 at 11:09 a.m., DFC Paul Wood and Dep. Michael Economes responded to the Giant food store in Prince Frederick for the report of a subject loitering and begging.
Upon arrival they contacted the subject matching the description asking customers for money and cigarettes as they entered various stores. The subject was advised to stop and leave the area, which he did. About a half hour later, police responded back to the same location for additional complaints for a subject with the same description.
Calvert County Dep. Michael Economes placed Robert Wayne Luckel, 46 of no fixed address, under arrest for failure to obey a lawful order.
