On April 22, at 1:47 a.m., Sara Elizabeth Fogel, 30 of Great Mills, was arrested by Tpr. J. Pilkerton for DUI and possession of CDS – not marijuana.
Fogel was operating a white Toyota Avalon on north bound Three Notch Road in California when she was stopped south of Patuxent Beach Road, for exceeding the posted speed limit. Upon contact with Fogel, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from her breath. She was subsequently arrested for DUI.
A search incident to the arrest revealed she was in possession of Phlentermine and Adderall without a prescription or not prescribed to her. Fogel was taken into custody and transported to the Leonardtown Barrack for processing for DUI. She was later transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where she was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
