County Attorney Burgled

LaLuna Hair Salon and the office of the County Attorney were the scenes of burglaries during the overnight hours of Tuesday, Jan. 24.ย  Sgt. R. Naughton of the C.I.T. Division responded to 162 Main Street in Prince Frederick to investigate the burglaries and will continue the investigation.

Weekend Burglar Hits Hair Supplies

Cpl. T. Fridman of the C.I.T. Division responded to the Beginning and the End hair supply business located at 21A Church Street in the Prince Frederick Shopping Center for a burglary.ย  The owner stated that she left the business on Friday January 27 and when she arrived on Monday, January 30 at 12:30 in the afternoon, she noticed that the door was damaged.ย  There did not appear to be any items missing.ย  Cpl. Fridman will continue to investigate this case.

Lusby Home Damaged From Break-In

Dep. R. Cox responded to Rodeo Road in Lusby on January 31 for a burglary report. The victim stated that it occurred sometime between 3:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. that day. Nothing was taken although damage from the break-in is estimated at $100.00.ย  Dep. Cox will continue the investigation.

Saddles and Generators Taken From Trailer

On Jan. 20, a resident of Emmanuel Churchย  Road, Huntingtown, reported that an unknown culprit had entered a barn and horse trailer and removed 4 saddles and 2 Honda generators.ย  Property loss is estimated at $7,300.00.ย  TPR Ewig is handling the investigation.

Computer Stolen From Huntingtown Home

A home on Ponds Wood Road in Huntingtown was the scene of a burglary on February 1 sometime between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.ย  Dfc. G. Shrawder spoke with the victim who reported that a computer had been removed from the home.ย  The computer is valued at $4000.00.ย  Dfc. Shrawder will continue to investigate this case.ย
