Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack Trooper K. Morris responded to King Way in California on Friday, November 7th at 10:48 p.m. for a reported assault.
Investigation revealed that Robert A. Schultz, 48, of California, had assaulted a female victim. Mr. Schultz was arrested and charged with Assault – Second Degree.
He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner. (14-MSP-036999)
