On January 18, 2011 at 10:03 p.m., Trooper Thompson stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Dowell Rd and HG Trueman Rd. in Lusby. Michael L. Wagner, Jr., 53 of Lusby, was arrested for DUI. A search revealed that he was also in possession of Marijuana. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
On January 23, 2011 at 3:37 p.m., Trooper First Class Lewis stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 260 at G Street in Chesapeake Beach. An odor of Marijuana was detected and a search was conducted. The driver, Timothy Donnell Claggett, II, 20 of Sunderland, was found to be in possession of Marijuana. He was also charged with driving under the influence. He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
