CALVERT COUNTY, Md. – The Calvert County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) has announced that Cpl. Nicholas DeFelice has won the American Legion National Law Officer of the Year award.
According to a social media post by the Sheriff’s Office congratulating Cpl. DeFelice, DeFelice has also received the ‘American Legion North East Region Law Officer of the Year’, the ‘American Legion Department of Maryland Law Officer of the Year’, the ‘American Legion Southern Maryland Region Law Officer of the Year’, the ‘American Legion Southern Maryland Region District 6 Law Officer of the Year’, and the ‘Stallings-Williams American Legion Post 206 Law Officer of the Year’.
“Congratulations, Cpl. DeFelice, job well done! Your CCSO family is proud of you,” stated the Sheriff’s Office.
