Calvert County Public Schoolsย Opening 2 Hours Late (Code 1ย for 12-Month Employees)

School opening will be delayed 2 hours due to inclement weather. No AM Pre-Kindergarten.

The workday for 10 and 11-month employees will begin 30 minutes before the scheduled student starting time.

12-month personnel report up to 1 hour late (Code 1).

All emergency personnel report on time.

No Food Service Workers, including Food Services Drivers, are to report prior to 8:00 a.m.

MSA testing, scheduled to begin Tuesday, March 4, for students in grades 3-8, will occur on Thursday, March 6 and Friday, March 7.ย ย 

Charles County:

Due to inclement weather conditions,ย all Charles County public schoolsย will open two-hours late on Wednesday, March 5, 2014. There is aย code one, which is a one-hour delay, for staff who follow the code system.

Schools Two Hour Delay:ย All St. Mary’s County Public Schools, including FULL day Head Start, will have a delayed opening of two hours for Wednesday, March 5, 2014. A.M. Pre-Kindergarten and A.M. Head Start students will not have school. However, there will be classes for P.M. Pre-Kindergarten and P.M. Head Start students.

Employee Code 5: St. Mary’s County Public Schools have a delayed opening of two hours for Wednesday, March 5, 2014 with a Code 5 for employees. 10 and 11 month employees report to work two hours late. 12-month employees report to work on time. Liberal leave is in effect.
