On February 18, at 11:38 p.m., Jonathan David Yorkshire, 48 of Mechanicsville, was arrested by TFC C. M. Evans for Possession of Cocaine and CDS Paraphernalia.
Yorkshire was a passenger in a blue Saturn when it was stopped on Mervell Dean Road, off Three Notch Road in Hollywood for exceeding the posted speed limit. Yorkshire was found to be in possession of a brass CDS smoking device containing Cocaine and nine baggies of Cocaine. In addition to the Cocaine being seized, $636.00 was also seized from the vehicle.
Yorkshire was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
