At 4:12 pm on January 9, the Volunteers from Station 3 were alerted to the area of Three Notch Road and Forrest Park Road for the reported MVA with a subject possibly in the roadway.
Engine 33(Lt. Carroll), Squad 3(FF. Wahrenbrock) responded within seconds of the call and was on the scene within 3 minutes of the dispatch advising of two vehicles and everyone was out of the vehicle. Lt. 3 advised to communications that there would be two signed refusals and to hold the assignment with Engine 33 and the first EMS unit.
The crew operated on the scene for just under 20 minutes before returning to quarters. Chief 9B(Jones) held the Forest Park Road Command and Lt. 3(Carroll) held the operations.
