ANNAPOLIS, MD (April 4, 2017) โ The Maryland Department of Agricultureโs Food Quality Assurance Office will host the โUnderstanding Acidified Foods Workshopโ on Tuesday, May 16, from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. at 50 Harry S Truman Pkwy, Annapolis. The training is designed to teach the basics of food safety requirements and regulations for manufacturing acidified food products in Maryland.
Seats are limited and registration is on a first-come, first serve basis.ย On-site registration will not be accepted.ย Registration fee is $250 and includes materials, refreshments, and lunch.ย Registration closes on May 9. Click here for the registration form and additional conference information.
