
Callaway, MD – Dear King’s Christian Academy Supporter, Our annual Spring Community Auction is on March 28, 2020. We need your support and hope you will consider donating to this event. With your generous support, we are striving to reach our goal of raising $30,000. Your donation can be an item, a service, a certificate, tickets, or a monetary donation. We would truly appreciate any gift you’re able to provide!
The money raised will be used to purchase a media center, much needed modular classroom upgrades, and energy-efficient air condition units above our gym. Our air conditioning units are not working and need to be replaced. The cost for these exceeds $50,000.
The auction is open to the entire community. It will be well advertised on social media (Facebook, Twitter, SnapChat, Instagram), on our local radio station, KCA website, in KCA newsletters, and on banners and flyers around the community.
Your company name: • Will be displayed with your donated item and any marketing material you wish us to show. • Will be listed with the auction item you gave in our auction catalog, which will be seen by thousands in the community. • Will be advertised on our social media platforms, newsletters, and KCA website.
If you can make a donation, please contact Heather Waller at (301) 994-3080, and we can make arrangements to pick-up your gift, or you can bring your donation to the school’s front office. For your company to be listed in our auction catalog, please contact me by March 20, 2020. If you need a donation receipt, we would gladly email or mail you a copy.
