On Nov. 1, at 2:03 a.m., Geoffrey Daryl Daniels Jr., 25 of Lexington Park, was arrested by Tpr. J. Gibson for possession of marijuana and possession of CDS paraphernalia. Daniels was operating a silver Nissan 300ZX on east bound Park Hall Road in Park Hall, when he was stopped for an equipment violation.
During the course of the traffic stop, Daniels was arrested for DWI/DUI. A search incident to the arrest revealed a wooden multi-colored CDS smoking device in the vehicle. Daniels was transported to the Leonardtown Barrack where he was processed for the DWI/DUI. He was issued a criminal citation for possession of the CDS smoking device and released to a sober adult.
