On May 22, at 12:13 a.m., Trooper Thompson stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Dowell Road in Solomons.
The driver, Michael A. Heard, 36 of Fort Washington, was arrested for DUI. The vehicle he was driving was stolen from Montgomery County.
He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
