Between the dates of September 23, 2012 and October 30, 2012 patrol units responded to multiple daytime burglaries in the Mechanicsville area. The cases were reviewed during the weekly CompStat meetings and forwarded to BCI for investigation.
An investigation by BCI detectives lead to the arrest of Kimberly M. Dove, age 27, of Lusby, Maryland. Dove was charged with 11 counts of First Degree Burglary and incarcerated in the St. Mary’s County Detention Center under a $50,000 bond.
Additional arrests are pending.
