Current St. Maryโ€™s County Republican Central Committee (SMC RCC) Chair Mary Burke-Russell wishes everyone a safe and happy Independence Day and announces that the July 3 open meeting of the RCC has been cancelled and re-scheduled for Thursday, August 7 at 7 p.m. at F.O.P. Lodge #7 on Chancellorโ€™s Run Road in Great Mills.

Chair Russell along with SMC RCC Vice-Chair Julie Burk-Greer and Candidate for Delegate District 29B Deb Rey will be attending the RNC Womenโ€™s Summit in Washington, D.C. from July 10 -11. She states that it is an honor to be nominated and to attend this summit and she hopes to be bringing back valuable information to share in preparation for the November General Election.

Mary says โ€œthank youโ€ to her supporters for their trust in her during last weekโ€™s Primary election. She pledges to continue the work she has been elected to do and will proudly lead the SMC RCC with its volunteers, working with candidates and teams onward to victory in November.
