Tomorrow, September 11, 2014, is a day of remembrance on the 13th anniversary for all those who perished on 9/11/01. Candidate for Maryland Del. from District 29B Deb Rey has these remarks to share: โIn the days and months following, we mourned the loss of our fellow citizens who perished in New York, D.C., and in a field in Pennsylvania. We held up in honor the men and women who responded helping the survivors. We came together as a Nation to stand against the enemy at the door.
โOver the past couple of years and in recent days, our enemy has changed and grown stronger. Lately, weโve heard of the 11 planes that may have gone missing in Libya. This is an obvious concern based on events of 13 years ago. I encourage you to be prepared for the worst and to pray and to hope for the best this week. Be vigilant in your day-to-day activities and be ready to help your neighbors in a time of need. When we join together, we show the best America has to offer. May God bless you and your families and may God bless and save America.โ
