On Sunday, February 18, at 11:12 am, Cpl Vanhoy and TFC Nims responded to a report of a domestic assault in the 45000 block of Krystal Lane in Lexington Park.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the complainant, a 38 year old female.
She advised two boys had been fighting. During the course of the investigation the suspect Donald Wade Balch, Jr., 18, of Lexington Park was arrested for assaulting the younger boy.
He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center pending a bond review.
