Firefighters Respond To A Two Car Garage Fully Involved In Leonardtown

LEONARDTOWN, Md. — Today, at approximately 2:40 p.m., firefighters responded to a reported structure fire at 25585 Point Lookout Road in Leonardtown.

Crews arrived to find a two car garage fully involved including a vehicle. Firefighters had the fire under control in less than 15 minutes. Crews cleared the scene at 3:36 p.m. No injuries have been reported.

Thanks to the quick work of fire departments on the scene, the house and other nearby homes were saved. SMECO and the Office of the State Fire Marshal has been notified and requested to the scene.
