ANNAPOLIS, Md. – This is to advise that Governor Larry Hogan ordered the Maryland State Flag be lowered to half-staff effective immediately and returned to full-staff at sunset on the day of interment (date unknown).
This action is in honor of Corporal Mujahid Ramzziddin of the Prince George’s County Police Department, who died in the line of duty on February 21, 2018.
