On December 28 at 12:27 a.m., Charles County Sheriff’s officers observed a suspicious vehicle parked behind near a business in the 9300 block of Chesapeake Street in La Plata.
Upon approaching the car, officers observed marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the car.
The occupants, Jarret Land, 19, of La Plata and two 17-year-old males of La Plata were charged with possession of drugs.
