PRINCE FREDERICK, Md.Hot chicken lovers rejoice – Hangry Joe’s Hot Chicken is gearing up to open a new location right in Prince Frederick.

Hangry Joe’s will join the many businesses that have opened in the new Armory Square Shopping Center, located at 439 N. Solomons Island Road, Prince Frederick. Other businesses in the shopping center include Playa Bowls, First Watch, Always Ice Cream, First Watch and more.

The new Hangry Joe’s will feature the same menu items that their customers know and love. The menu offers chicken sandwiches, wings and chicken fingers at varying levels of heat. Customers have the opportunity to choose how they want their chicken and their spice level.

Hangry Joe’s announced the new location when they rolled out a new Prince Frederick-specific Facebook page in April. In the post, the restaurant wrote that all of their chicken is hand-cut, marinated with juicy flavors and made to order.

In a later post, the store announced that they were hiring for assistant managers, kitchen staff (prep cooks) and customer service associates. Anyone interested should contact the store for the most up-to-date information.

The store is active on their Facebook page but so far hasn’t announced any information on opening dates or store hours; the hours of other stores in Maryland vary, but Hangry Joe’s restaurants are typically open at 11 a.m. and close between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., depending on the day and location.

Hangry Joe’s did not immediately respond to The BayNet’s request for more information about the new store and its opening date.

Locals are advised to keep an eye on Hangry Joe’s Facebook and Instagram for the latest information.

  1. Oh boy, just what we needed, another fast food chicken place in Prince Frederick.I guess the 5 or 6 that we have aren’t enough. Just another step closer to becoming Waldorf.
