Theft/Controlled Dangerous Substance Violation:
On June 16, 2011, Deputy Melissa Green and Cpl John Logalbo responded to a residence in Great Mills to investigate a theft of money. While on scene, Jessica A. Kearney 25 years old of Hollywood was identified as the culprit. A consent search of Kearney’s book bag revealed drug paraphernalia, suspected Cocaine and suspected Percocet residue. Kearney was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia, possession of Cocaine, Possession of Percocet and Theft.
