At 1 a.m. Dec. 15, a juvenile suspect was arrested on a youth report and charged with burglary and theft.
Police report that two victims, each residing on Hilltop Road in Lusby advised Dep. Brian Wendland at about 9 p.m. Dec. 14 that their homes had been burglarized by unknown suspects.
While the deputy and victims were speaking, two males approached them in the yard.
The juvenile was found to have several items in his possession that had been stolen from the victims’ homes.
One of those homes had also been burglarized on Dec. 6 and the juvenile had those stolen items in his possession as well.
