The Leonardtown Lions Clun recently made a $4,000 donation to Lions Camp Merrick. Heidi Fick, the camp’s director, received the check during a recent ‘opening of camp’ clean-up day. Lions from throughout District 22-C, gathered in early April to prepare Lions Camp Merrick for a host of summer camp opportunities for youth with special needs.
The Leonardtown Lions financially support Lions Camp Merrick each Spring and provide volunteer help “opening” and “closing” the camp.
