Leonardtown High School basketball defeated Chopticon High School on Friday night at home by a score of 54-39. As soon as the Raiders gained the lead over the Braves they never let it go.
On Wednesday, Leonardtown travels to Pomfret to play the McDonough High School Rams.
Chopticon travels to Waldorf on Wednesday to face the Thomas Stone Cougars.
Leonardtown and Chopticon will have a rematch on Feb. 15 at Chopticon High.
