As you may know the Lexington Park Development District Master Plan is in the process of being updated. A community master plan functions like a very specific and detailed comprehensive plan for that area, much more in-depth than the Comprehensive Plan that was written for the County as a whole in 2010.

Community Meetings: The community kick-off meeting is on Wednesday, May 25, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Bay District Fire Hall, 46900 South Shangri La Drive, Lexington Park and the design workshop on Wednesday, June 15, for the updating of the Lexington Park master plan.
