LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – On March 17, Dep. Raley responded to the Walmart located on Miramar Way, in California, for a reported theft. Eric Alan Jett, age 34, of Lexington Park, attempted to steal various items by removing the tags, and concealing them on his person. During the investigation, a suspected Adderal pill was located in Jett’s pocket; Jett was unable to provide a prescription for the pill. Jett was charged with Theft and Possession of CDS-Not Marijuana. CASE# 14214-18
