Great Mills, MD—Little Flower School, located off Point Lookout Road in Great Mills, is hosting their 8th annual Casino Night this Saturday, Jan. 27. Little Flower School is celebrating their 130th anniversary, with the proceeds of Casino Night going towards the school’s funding. With over 100 years under their belt, creative events like these strive to help the school see another century pass. This event also coincides with the beginning of Catholic Schools Week, which starts Sunday, Jan. 28.

The doors open at 5:45 p.m., games begin at 6 p.m. and last until midnight. Casino Night will be held in the school’s gymnasium, which will be decorated to match the theme. There is a $5 admission fee, and guests must be 21 to enter as there will be a cash bar. Food will be available as well, including stuffed ham.

A live DJ will be taking song requests, so when you aren’t playing Blackjack, roulette, or Plinko, maybe you will be dancing the night away! There will also be a 50/50 raffle, and all prizes are given in cash.

Casino Night has never been more wholesome, so why not come out this weekend and give back to one of Southern Maryland’s oldest schools? Details and contact information for the event can be found here.
