Charles County Government staff and elected officials attended the Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) conference on December 9-11, 2015. The goal of the conference is to provide county decision-makers and other participants with tools for more effective leadership and a clearer perspective on the issues that will be addressed during the upcoming Maryland General Assembly Session. MACo is a non-profit and non-partisan organization that serves Maryland counties by articulating local government needs to the Maryland General Assembly.
