Indecent Exposure
On April 25, 2011 deputies responded to the Leonardtown Wharf in Leonardtown, Maryland for a report of an individual sunbathing nude. Upon arrival deputies found John Carlos Buitrago 27 of Leonardtown, Maryland lying naked by the water. Buitrago was in plain view of the public which was gathered on the wharf. Buitrago was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.
