On January 16, at approximately 1:22 a.m., Trooper C. Cummings was in the area of northbound U.S. Route 301, north of Route 5 when he observed a green Ford F-150 not displaying lighted tag lights.
Trooper Cummins stopped the vehicle; made contact with Clyde Baker Jr., 28 years of Lexington Park.
Baker was arrested for carry and knowlingly transport a handgun (Ruger P95DC 9 mm and two magazines) in a vehicle upon the public roads.
