Calvert County Sheriff’s Office DFC M. Velasquez arrested Michael Peter Trybus, 18, of Lusby, on September 9th at 11:20 a.m., and charged him with one count each of first, third and fourth degree burglary.
Trybus was observed by a neighbor of a home on Buckskin Court in Lusby hanging around the outside of the home and then could be seen inside the house.
DFC Velasquez responded to the call and saw a suspect matching the description given running down the street. He stopped and made contact with the suspect, who was then identified as Trybus.
The homeowner arrived and stated that nothing appeared to be missing.
