Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack TFC S. Ditto responded to the Burchmart in Hollywood on November 12th at 12:28 p.m. for a welfare check for a subject unconscious in the drivers seat of a vehicle.
TFC Ditoto made contact with the subject, Adam Daniel Davis, 28, of Coltons Point who was holding CDS paraphernalia in his hand. A probable cause search was conducted, resulting in the recovery of CDS.
Mr. Davis was arrested and charged with Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana and Possession of CDS Paraphernalia.
He was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center and held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
