On January 23 at 11:37 a.m. Dep. J. Denton conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Armory Road at Dares Beach Road in Prince Frederick.
The driver, later identified as Richard Cary Agerbeek, 25 of Prince Frederick, initially gave a false name to Denton. His true identity was discovered by Denton, who arrested him and charged him with making a false statement to a peace officer, assuming the identity of another to avoid apprehension or prosecution of a crime, and possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, a white pen tube.
