Man arrested on active warrant, PCP found in his possession

Brian Bynum 

Lothian, MD— On January 6, 2016, Deputy A. Woodford located and arrested Brian Bynum, Jr., 24, of Lothian, MD, for an outstanding Warrant with Anne Arundel County. 

A search incident to arrest resulted in the discovery that he was in possession of a controlled dangerous substance (PCP). 

Bynum was transported to the detention center and processed.
