INDIAN HEAD, Md. — The Maryland Developmental Disabilities Council will hold listening sessions at four Navy facilities across Maryland this September to learn about the needs of military-connected families of people with developmental disabilities.
The goal is to hear directly from families so the council can better understand their challenges and develop targeted resources, services and policy recommendations to support them. Each site will offer two sessions — one in person and one via Zoom — to make participation easier for families.
