LUSBY, Md. – We are receiving reports of a swimmer who went missing at Lake Lariat in Lusby.
At approximately 11:25 a.m., on July 6, crews responded to the scene for the missing swimmer and located the subject at 12:07 p.m.
EMS performed CPR and the patient’s pulse was recovered soon after. MEDEVAC Aviation from Maryland State Police Trooper 7 was requested to transport the patient for further treatment.
Trooper 7 arrived at 12:45 p.m., to take the patient to Southern Maryland Hospital.
