BRYANTOWN, Md. — A motorcyclist was hospitalized after being thrown from his bike during a crash on Leonardtown Road at La Plata Road Wednesday afternoon.
First responders arrived on the scene around 3:52 p.m. on April 2, 2025 after receiving reports of a motorcycle collision. According to dispatch communications, a caller reported the rider had been ejected from the motorcycle but was conscious and walking around.
Emergency medical crews assessed the adult male rider before transporting him to Charles Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Crews remained at the scene for approximately 30 minutes before clearing the roadway.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
