Lexington Park, MD— On November 25th, 2015 the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies responded with rescue personnel to a home in Lexington Park for a medical crisis.

Upon arrival, it was determined two male subjects within the home had overdosed after consuming opioids. One of the male subjects (Age 42) was revived as a result of a Narcan administration and was transported to MedStart St. Mary’s where he was recovering.

The second male subject (Age 39) was also administered Narcan and other lifesaving efforts.

However, all were unsuccessful. The family of the deceased has been notified, and no additional identifiers will be released. The investigation is ongoing and is being conducted jointly between the Criminal Investigation Division and the Vice/Narcotics Division of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office.
