La Plata, MD-On October 20th, 2024 at about 2:55am, emergency units responded to the 5900 block of Crain Hwy for a report of a woman struck by a vehicle. The caller advised the woman was laying in the middle of the road and believed she was deceased. Maryland State Police were on scene with medical units who advised her condition was unstable.
