Sometime between 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. July 25, suspect(s) entered a residence in the 6700 block of Amherst Road in Bryans Road through an open window.
Once inside, the suspect(s) ransacked the residence and stole two pistols and a collection of coins. The suspect(s) had already fled the residence when the victim arrived home, discovered the burglary and contacted the Charles County Sheriff’s Office.
Crime-scene technicians responded to process the scene for evidence.
